Habitot!

The kids had a great time at Habitot, a little playspace in Berkeley. The rocket ship was quite a hit!

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving! Maddie loved meeting her Neenie and Daddy Dan as well as Scotty and Savannah. It was a wonderful time. And don't let the picture fool you--Jack had a blast with his cousin Savannah! (Mollie and Beth are missing from the group photo, but they were here too!)

Go Maddie!!

Tummy time...

Break time

After a long hard day of fixing things, Jack likes to relax in Maddie's seat with a good popsicle...

An outing

This post is to prove that Jack and Maddie have parents. We are so rarely featured in the blog. Also, check out Maddie's great hat, courtesy of Victoria!

Static!

We had a great time at the playground with Ian, Max & Victoria. Jack and Ian had crazy hair from the slide.

Bob the Builder (man)

While Jack is not interested in the cartoon Bob, he does love the theme song and the tools. He is fixing everything in the house, broken or not.

The Bumbo

One of Russell's coworkers gave Maddie this seat. She seems to like it and I love seeing her in it!

Happy Halloween!

Halloween was a blast this year! We celebrated at school first with a little party, then back home to go trick-or-treating with Ian (started as a kitty, ended as a ukelele playing knight-kitty), Luke (started as Captain Feathersword [from the Wiggles], ended as a pirate cowboy) and Alex (started and ended as Thomas). Jack had requested to be a "spooky spider" and so he was. Maddie kept up the spider theme with her fabulous spider web shirt. And Max looked great in
Ian's old costume!

The boys were really into it this year, shouting "trick-or-treat" and making themselves at home in strangers houses. The first house we went to was the test run. The boys got up to the door and started yelling trick-or-treat. Once they figured out that knocking was the way to get people to open their doors, they were off!
