Jack fell in love. Not my words, his. He is now "in love" with two of his classmates which means he will hug them, blow kisses and sometimes marry one or the other of them. He first discovered his love for Alice while we were at the zoo and she seemed okay with the idea. The next day he fell for Leila (above). Leila, at age 5, is far more sophisticated than Jack. She might be one of the nicest kids in the world, though, and while she replied to Jack's "I love you Leila" with an "I love you too, Jack" she also rolled her eyes as if to say "aren't almost-four-year-olds funny?"
